Between David Guetta and Michel Sardou
The line-up for the 22nd edition of Rock Oz'Arènes is designed to appeal to a broad public, with a focus on French chanson, electro and pop, with headliners including Mika, Amy Macdonald, David Guetta, Michel Sardou and Cali.
The Festival's opening night will welcome Michel Sardou and Cali to the Grande Scène on Wednesday August 14. The following day, the tone will be resolutely pop-folk-rock with the two Scottish singers Amy Macdonald and KT Tunstall. In between, American rock band Band of Horses will spread their musical gems. The third evening of the Festival, Electroz'Arènes, has become a firm fixture over the years. For the fifth time, Rock Oz'Arènes devotes an entire evening to electro, transforming the arena into a giant dancefloor. With David Guetta as headliner, the evening of Friday August 16 has been sold out since January. And to round off this 22nd edition, the Grande Scène will welcome the electro-swing of Caravan Palace, the hip-hop of Sexion d'Assaut and the pop of Mika.
It's worth noting that the Scène du Casino will be mixing genres night after night, featuring a large majority of Swiss groups. In keeping with the musical tone of the Grande Scène, it will also host French chanson, electro and pop, as well as reggae, rock, rap and African music, alternating between established artists and new discoveries.
