Vienna at Cully Classique

This new edition honors the immense composers of Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Brahms and Mahler, as well as Schönberg, Berg and Webern. Boris Berezovsky, Khatia Buniatishvili, Nicholas Angelich, Mario Brunello, Cédric Pescia, the Keller Quartet and the Belcea Quartet will be paying tribute.

As the festival's main partner, Banque Piguet Galland will be acting as master of ceremonies, awarding its "Coup de cœur" for the first time. This award will be presented during Festival'IN to one of the artists in the Découvertes series, which showcases the promising artists of tomorrow. Chosen by a jury of music professionals, the winner will receive a Claves Records recording and a series of concerts in Switzerland.

Free programming
In addition to the in-house program, the public will be able to enjoy almost 40 free concerts in a variety of styles (classical and world music). The latest addition to the Festival'OFF line-up, the Carrefour des étudiants, brings together over 120 students of music, musicology and stage technique to offer more than 25 concerts, as well as lectures, open rehearsals, round-table discussions and artist interviews. The Caveau Potterat opens its doors to ethno concerts in the evening, and the Classique Bar welcomes the public to music by the lake. And let's not forget the famous Post-it Concerts at the Steinway Lounge - Hug Musique revealed at the last minute by Post-it notes stuck up all over the village.

Young Audiences
Sunday June 22 is dedicated to children and their families. At 11 a.m., Festival'IN welcomes the Petits Chanteurs de Lausanne for its traditional Family Concert at the Salle Davel. From 11 a.m. onwards, a brunch will be served at the Coin Gourmand on the lakeside. Throughout the afternoon, Festival'OFF offers free concerts by students from the Lausanne Conservatory and the Ecole sociale de Musique de Lausanne.
