In addition to managing the site's operations, she occupies a strategic position that includes the development of the Flon site and its influence, in collaboration with the General Management. In terms of student academic supervision, she is supported by Thomas Dobler and Stephan "Mandrax" Kohler, heads of the jazz and contemporary music departments respectively.
