Concours romand d'accordéon
The new edition of the Concours Romand des Sociétés d'Accordéonistes will take place on May 24 and 25, 2014.
Organized by L'Hirondelle (Prilly accordionists' society), under the supervision of ARMA (Association Romande des Musiciens Accordéonistes), this new formula will see Prilly welcome all accordionists from the French-speaking region of Switzerland for a competition and festival based around the accordion. The competition is open to all accordion orchestras from Switzerland and abroad.
The festival is open to small ensembles featuring at least one accordionist. The public is invited to come and discover the many concerts taking place in concert halls and on street stages throughout the city.
Registration for participation will open in May 2013.
