Elvirissima - Young Voices 2018
The Elvira Lüthi Wegmann Foundation Singing Competition, which will be broadcast live on www.onlintheater.live, will take place on Monday, May 21, 2018 at the Kirchensaal MaiHof Weggismattstrasse 9 in 6004 Lucerne.
The competition is open to Swiss singing students whose teachers are members of the SSPM and to Swiss graduate singers who are full members of the SSPM.
Foreign singers are entitled to take part if they have been resident in Switzerland for at least two years and a) have studied with an SSPM member for at least two years, or b) have studied with an SSPM member for at least two years.
b) have been a full member of the SSPM for at least one year.
The age limit is 32.
The program consists of four works from at least three eras, with an aria by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, a lied and two other arias (from opera or oratorio) to be prepared.
Online entries must be submitted by Friday, April 6, 2018,
