CAS de manager socioculturel
Created in 2012, the CAS in Sociocultural Management in the field of contemporary music is a resounding success. A new intake will start in March 2016.
The success of the CAS de Manager socioculturel dans le domaine des musiques actuelles since its launch in 2012 confirms the need for professionalization in the field and the usefulness of such training for its players.
This continuing education program is run by the Haute école de travail social et de la santé - EESP - Lausanne in partnership with the FCMA (Fondation romande pour la Chanson et les Musiques Actuelles). It is aimed at professionals working in performance venues (festivals, clubs, concert halls), local authorities, music production and distribution companies, cultural centers, community centers, associations and foundations active in the field.
The course focuses on three main areas: the current music environment and its challenges, legal, administrative and technical frameworks, and communication and marketing.Registration is now open for the new intake, which starts on March 7, 2016.
