One, two, three... and twenty years
Founded by Nicole Coppey in Sion, the "Un, Deux, Trois, Musiques..." school is celebrating its 20th anniversary. A documentary has been made about her journey.
The documentary was created to shed light on the philosophy of this institution, which presents itself as a "pedagogical school of musical art". The profound, uplifting dimension of music, as advocated by this school, plays a clear role in the overall formation of the personality, nurturing a structured, assertive and creative human being. The virtues of music lead the individual towards the notion of listening, respect and beauty.
The "Un, Deux, Trois, Musiques..." school is associated with UNESCO and is a partner of the Cité de la Musique in Paris. It offers parent-child classes from the age of six months and a complete curriculum up to and including professional classes.
The documentary will be screened on March 17, 18 and 19 in the multimedia room of the ECCG-EPP school in Sion.
