The Contrechamps team expands
Since the beginning of 2013, two new people have joined the Contrechamps team: Brice Pausez has been hired as artistic director and Florence Dozol as communications and press officer.
Pedagogical activities have now been reinforced, with Sarah Mouquod, who until now has been in charge of communications and pedagogy, now devoting her time exclusively to pedagogy.
Brice Pauset studied piano, violin and harpsichord, then composition in Paris and Siena (Italy). An intern at IRCAM from 1994 to 1996, he has since devoted himself entirely to his career as a composer, teaching and performing his own works on harpsichord and piano, possibly in connection with the early repertoire. In 2008, Brice Pauset was appointed professor of composition at the Musikhochschule in Freiburg im Breisgau. He is currently working on two large-scale operatic tableaux to be performed as part of the "Ring des Nibelungen - Hin und Zurück" in Dijon at the end of 2013.
