Prince returns to Montreux
After his last two appearances at the Montreux Jazz Festival in 2007 and 2009, Prince is back for three exceptional concerts on July 13, 14 and 15, 2013.
Having come to Montreux for the first time in 2007 for an exclusive concert, then in 2009 for two concerts on the same evening, Prince once again shows his attachment to Montreux by returning for the third time with three exceptional concerts spread over three evenings, on July 13, 14 and 15, 2013 at the Auditorium Stravinski.
Groovy, funky and an undisputed master of improvisation, Prince turns each of his concerts into unique and unpredictable performances. There's no doubt that these three evenings in Montreux will once again make festival history.
Tickets go on sale on Friday February 15 at rather steep prices: 395 francs for a seat, 175 francs standing. The rest of the program for the 47th Montreux Jazz Festival will be announced on April 18, 2013.
