Once again this year, over ten stages enabled a varied audience to discover the eclectic world of contemporary music, thanks to the energy and dynamism of over 38 artists. Highlights included a packed house for The Rambling Wheels at La Parenthèse on February 26 to open the festivities. The following day, Taiwan MC took his audience on a festive hip-hop reggae journey at the Salle Communale. Talisco, meanwhile, mesmerized the Usine à Gaz with an exceptional performance. The festival reaches its climax on Saturday evening with The Two at Le Saint-Jean, the festival's intoxicating discovery, followed by a performance by Dope D.O.D.

The festival aims to bring together a cross-generational audience around music and a variety of concepts. For example, a giant Jacuzzi was taken by storm on Saturday afternoon, providing a magical setting for the audience at La Plage. The CD Exchange also brought music lovers together with a daring concept.

Jay Reuter, president of Les Hivernales, looks forward to seeing festival-goers from February 18 to 21, 2016.
