Cello & oboe 2021
Dedicated to the cello and oboe, the 75th Geneva Competition will take place from October 16 to 29, 2021 in Geneva. It is open to all candidates born after October 29, 1991.
The Cello Jury will be chaired by Ivan Monighetti, and the Oboe Jury by Alexei Ogrintchouk. Both competitions consist of five rounds, including a video pre-selection round. Candidates selected for the final will perform at Victoria Hall with the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande.
In addition to the official prizes, the winners and runners-up will benefit from a support program including two years of concert organization, as well as CD recordings, international tours and a week of professional training workshops.
